Order Tracking: Local & International clients would receive their order tracking in their account dashboard messages as a means of communication.
Lost/Damaged Packages: Lost items via local/international shipping – please let us know as soon as EST day of package arrival so we may follow up with courier.
We have a 30 days refund policy of which 7 days upon receipt of goods should be inspected by the client and returned if not as per clients expectations.
Cancellation of orders are to be 24-48 hours before it is sent out to respective clients via chosen shipping method. Failure to do so, associated costs would be borne by the client.
Returns:
Any returns of goods, should be carried out within 7 days of receiving the goods and should be returned in it’s proper packaging as it was sent. All associated costs of returned goods are to be borne by the client/customer.
Exchange of goods: To be communicated at the earliest should you make changes to your order before it is sent out to your respective destination.
